Great Rivers Cohousing started forming in June 2022 and is approaching the site search and acquisition phase. They are currently not accepting new members. They are however accepting names to add to their waitlist, to be contacted at a later date if units become available.

Fiddlehead Commons started forming in February 2023, and is actively recruiting new members!
