Ottawa Cohousing has  two active groups:​

Great Rivers Cohousing started forming in June 2022. By June 2025 they had 16 core households signed on, a site in mind, and ready to start the physical project.  Plans fell flat in the face of the current housing crisis for new builds. They are currently not accepting new members. They are however accepting names to add to their waitlist, to be contacted at a later date if units become available.

Fiddlehead Commons started forming in February 2023, and is actively recruiting new members!
